These terms and conditions apply to fancy wine (www.fancywine.ws) and all associated services. fancy wine is an online Sports Betting platform offering betting on cricket, football, and a range of other sports for users in Bangladesh.

These terms and conditions have been published in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

Bet Acceptance Conditions

Bet Cancellation Conditions

Live Betting

Fancy Wine's live betting section allows you to place bets while a match is in progress. Odds may change rapidly, and bets may be cancelled due to connectivity issues.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security measures.
• False Information: Submitting false or fraudulent documents during registration or verification.

🔒7. Account Closure & Suspension

Fancy Wine may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Detection of suspicious activity.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• When a user requests to close their own account.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

Before closing an account, Fancy Wine will notify the user by email or SMS. Any pending valid withdrawals will be processed.
